Now that fall is deffinitely here to stay (it has been raining non-stop for the last two days), I'm longing for summer even more than before!!! So typical me! Anyways, something I'm always trying to achieve is to keep the "summer" in my outfits even during fall and winter time! That is really challenging, especially when living in cold and rainy Sweden, but I like challenges!  I love wearing white, lace, crochet and fringe and just those factors alone (which are the key-words in any true hippie/gypsy/bohemian soul's closet) are enough for an outfit to feel easy and summery! Don't get me wrong here, I love wearing cosy knits, but they are always fullfilled with some of the four factors above, to help me keep the summer in my outfits! =)

Here comes some very needed outfit inspiration for the fall. My head is still stuck in summer-mode and it has been really hard for me to accept that the summer is gone and fall has already arrived! So, I would really like to continue wearing shorts and boots (no stockings underneath!), this would look really cool when paired with a long cardigan like on the first photo. Why not keep the summer dress/skirt, but add a chunky knit on top to keep warm and layer onerknee socks with high boots! A perfect fall outfit, just like the last one! As I've probably mentioned, it's very easy for me to wear all black, but, since I'm very concious about that, a pair of great boots, in colour, a denim shirt or any western inspired one and a cool bag will turn the putfit from boring to cool!

I've started to say yes to prints and patterns since fall last year! That is what I'll take with me this fall as well! Shirts and blouses, tops and cardigans, skirts, dresses, pants, bags, boots....you get the point! It's so easy to make a boring, "all black outfit" into a fun and exciting one by throwing on a cool printed jacket or a cardi! Don't you think ?!?

Fall is knocking on the door and is coming slowly, but fall is also the perfect time of the year to wear hats. Yeah, bad hair days too! Anyways, I found this web-shop a while ago and find it to be very inspiring! Not only the hats (which are handmade) are amazing, with all the beads, coins and ribbons, but the styling of the lookbook is to-die-for! Love the hippie-bohem-chic feel throught the shots! 

Here comes a little fall inspiration your way, allt he way from Nasty Gal! =) It is so easy for me to slip in to odl habbits and wear black during the dark and cold days of fall and winter. I'm more than willing to change it this year as I started to the last. This means chunky knits in colour, patterned jackets and cardigans as well as printed accessories such as the bag and the knitted scarf. To all that add a bunch of necklaces, bracelets and rings to bring the shine in the darkness. Something like the photos show, more or less....what do you think ?!?

I love turquoise, always had, and silver, but the combination of silver and turquoise is my favourite when it comes to jewelry! I wouldn't mind owning a bit more bracelets with this combination, since I already have rings and necklaces =) What do you think babes ?!?

 

Someday...I will own a Harley, drive it on a long highway, near a desert and feel the wind in my hair....ah! It has been a dream of mine since I was a little girl! Love how powerful a motorbike looks, don't you ?!?

I love close ups! Those of you who read my blog are wvery well aware of this. But, not only do I like showing off my details with a close up, I like to infinitely browse through various tumblr blogs, searching for close ups, with cool and unique jewlery and other accessories! 

Haven't been this isnpired by Street Style for a long time! I mean, seriously, every outfit screams perfection. I am going bananas over the whole ansamble of the first outfit, craving a printed maxi skirt, need a pair of red, suede, fringe boots in my closet ASAP, and a crochet/patchwork maxi wouldn't feel wrong either!

Many people say that summer is the season when you wear flower prints and strong colours, but I preffer different. I think white is the colour of summer (black as well), but all the sheer white summer dresses, the white crochet, lace and fringe...all those give a special vibe to an outfit, a special "easy-breezy" feeling that no flower print or strong colour gives. Of course, you can add an accent colour to accessorize an "all white" outfit, as well as flower prints, but as long as the "wholeness" is white, the skin is tanned and hair sun-bleached...you have summer perfection! Always!

 

I'm leaving for Macedonia on Wednesday and I'm trying to be smart and plan my packing. So, I decided to do a "my summer essentials" moodboard, just to be on the clear side what I need to survive the 35+ degrees. It ended up looking like this! What do you think sweeties ?!?

1. I really, really want a beaded/embroidered clutch, slightly oversized, with a cool pattern! Any ideas where I can find some for a reasonable price ?!?

2. My dream jacket! Love the material, the colour, the fringe and all the small details! Ah! Perfection!

3. I need a long lace/crochet cardigan with bell arms. This one will be perfect! =)

4. These shorts that Sofi found at Zara are amazing! Love the lace up details on the sides! 

5. I've had this photo in my "wanted" folder for a year now! Love the sunrays, the golden finish and all the details! To bad it's out of my price-range! =)

6. I've wanted to do a photoshoot in a wild flowers field for a long time! Needs to happen asap! =)

8. Those tie-dye bell bottoms are crazy! Love how they follow the leg and just beneth the knee the go in a crazy, layered flare! Spot on! =)

Dress, besides shorts, is the key-word in summer. Dresses are best when worn in summer, especially for those, whom like me, dislike stockings! Long lenghts, tight minis, in lace or pattern, dresses are what speaks to me most! So today's outfit inspiration is dress!

Wishing you all a happy Friday with a bunch of cowboy photos I've kept in my inpiration folder. I tend to save a lot of different photos while browsing thorugh the internet, reading blogs and the like...then I look at them when my inspiration equals zero and I must say that it really works for me.

I don't always post black and white photos, but I do feel that they bring a different feeling to the photo and tell a different story. I really like when the right message is portraied in a photo that is black and white, like these on the moodboard.
