Found this little sparkly thing in a second hand shop a while ago! Sequins always remind me of cool parties, when everybody dresses up and sparkle, like on New Year's Eve :) I fell for the golden bling bling immediately and it didn't take longer since I love vests! The perfect accessorie for a simple outfit; a tee, pair of jeans, good belt, a pair of cool boots and then just turn up the volume by adding the statement vest. Wether it is a sequin, fringe or a vest with a cool print - it always works!
I love my little party starter - what do you think?
If you have read my recent "Autumn Style list" you would have definitely have seen these babies and known that I have been watching them for a while! I couldn't get them out of my had and started to plan how I was going to style them in different outfits - bad, since those thoughts, whenever they come up - they result in purchase!
How amazing arent they! Love everything, from the model, hight of the heel as well as, probably the most important part ;), the ethnic inspired pattern, in perfect combo of colours, patched to the brown suede.
Can't wait to give them a walk, since theese babies are definitely made for walking! ;)
As my love for paisley grows, so does the number of paisley printed garments in my closet. As I already mentioned it here, the newest addition is this new blouse from Ellos.se. Fell for the print and the color combinations the moment I saw it! Then, the collar of the shirt is quite unusual and I like that. This will be the perfect way to add some boho-vibe into a simple outfit! ;)
My new leather and crystal necklace that I made myself couple of weeks ago! Had some pieces of leather straps over and wondered what to do with them. Then it came to me...I made a braid out of the leather straps, took a crystal and tied it around the two ends of the threads. After I had done that, I thought that it still needed something extra, that was when I added the cream, wooden beads.
A perfect statement piece to boost up your confidence with, exchange energy and lead you on the right path of love and light - which we need a lot of during the short, cold and dark winter days!
You all know about my love for fringe bags. I've wanted a brown, suede one for a long time and when I saw this one at Madlady.se it was clear. I completely fell for the small details like the wooden, read beads, the braid and the tassels. It has so many small pockets and I love that! Clearly a new favorite!
Sequin, crochet, lace, beads, prints and patterns are some of the words that describe some of the new pieces that have moved in my closet! You'll get a closer look at all of them soon, so stay tuned!
" The scarab beetle is a symbol of self creation and self transformation. A reminder that you can be whatever you want to be. "
I got this scarab beetle pendant as a present form the b'friend a long time ago. After cleaning out my jewelry drawers couple of weeks ago, I found it and thought it would be nice to make it into some kind of jewelry so that I could wear it...two days later, I got a scarab beetle ring from the b'friend! He is so crafty, don't you think ?!?
And I adore my DIY, one of a kind ring...what do you think babes?
New top from Ellos.se! It's a simple, white top with that "back-effect" I love so much! I adore the pretty, crochet pattern and that it goes all the way from the back, to the tip of the shoulders so that you can see a bit of the crochet at front as well =) I really loved it and I'm considering another color, just can't decide on which one yet ?
Found this pair of flares at the beginning of the summer, but have forgotten about them since they've been left behind in the closet. Now, as fall has arrived, bringing the chilly and windy days, they are going to be perfect, paired with a poncho, a hat and a pair of boots, for the perfect 70's boho-chic vibe...don't you think?
They have the perfect fit and just the right flare...signed Rebecca Stella for Nelly.com!
I got this lovely necklace as a present form my collegues at work after I'd stopped working there. It was such a sweet gesture and I love that they've noticed my style and know what I like. The small coins are a great match with the chain-fringe! You'll find it at Indiska.
Yes, it's all about flares, or as I like to call them "bell-bottoms" lately! I bought this deep blue, velvet textile last winter while in Macedonia. The thought was to sew a pair of bell-bottoms, but since I didn't have time to do it then, I got them made this summer! So here they are, my custom-made, velvet flares! Love them so much, they have the perfect flow and "bell" and I can't wait to show them to you in an outfit =)
The boots I ware (and love) the most at the moment are these cowboy-inspired ones from Bubbleroom.se! Unfortunately, all the outfits I've worn them in, never found their on a photo, but trust me there were many. On the other hand, I managed to put together several flat-layouts wish outfits like this one here. I got them as a present from the b'friend on our 8-year anniversary! He knows me so well!
So in love with my new lace shirt from H&M! The peplum effect the blouse has is a great plus, since it continues on the theme of girly and mysterious which I like! What do you think ?!?
I'm going bananas over my new, handmade (with copper-wire), upper-arm cuff. When I saw an inspirational picture posted on Kara Art's Facebook page, of a bracelet similar to the one above, I knew I had to have something like that! After contacting Ivona, the designer and artist herself, I had my new bracelet within the next 24 hours! How about that ?!? It's much more impressive in real life, since you get to see all the work that has gone in all the small details!
Take a look at what she has to offer, you might find something you like!
Meet my new favorite pair of pants. Pailsey printed flares which I got custom made at a store in Kumanovo, called Handmade Eden. On their page I saw a pair of leggings in this material and since I love the pattern, I contacted them immediately to ask them if they had more fabric left to make me a pair of bell-bottoms! And here they are! Couldn't be more satisfied!
Found this amazing piece of jewellery while in Bansko, Bulgaria. Love the big, chunky turquoise stones...such a great statement piece which will deffinitely work well with layers of other necklaces!
Crochet is my favorite during summer, gives the right bohemian-chic vibe to an outfit...found this lovely top at a shop here in Kumanovo called Legend. What do you think ?!?
I found these golden shades at a random shop (I don't remember the name), here in Kumanovo and fell for them immediately. Love the retro, 70's feel they have! The cuff is new as well, got it at a shop called Legend...it has a lovely, leaf pattern and it's a perfect jewellery to accessorize your summer - bohemian look with! Goes well with tanned skin! ;)
