Here comes a little fall inspiration your way, allt he way from Nasty Gal! =) It is so easy for me to slip in to odl habbits and wear black during the dark and cold days of fall and winter. I'm more than willing to change it this year as I started to the last. This means chunky knits in colour, patterned jackets and cardigans as well as printed accessories such as the bag and the knitted scarf. To all that add a bunch of necklaces, bracelets and rings to bring the shine in the darkness. Something like the photos show, more or less....what do you think ?!?
There's been a lot of talk about shirts on the blog these days, but I can't help myself. The stores have filled up with some great options and the shirt is the great fall piece, the one you can wear on its own, but it's easily layerable as well. Anyways, this one is from Gina Tricot, from their so called Western Romance line =)
As you might have guessed, I'm pretty fallen for it. Love that it's black, but then you have these native printed patches at the pockets at front and at the sholders back.
The new favourite! Fell absolutely in love with it when I randomly found it in a jewelry shop while in Kumanovo, Macedonia. It wasn't on a place so it would be easy to spot it, but they had a lot of feather necklaces on one hanger so I decided to take a look at all of them. It payed off =) I found this beauty for a bit less than 50 SEK (!!!), love the fact that it has beads as well as feathers! You saw me wearing it here!
I know that there are a lot of you who click in here day by day which makes me very happy! Some of you leave a mark, some of you don't. I would really like to know more about you, who you are, what you think and what do you think should come up more often on Ivanna's Closet or what should be taken away...or whatever you are wondering, as long as it is not too personal, about me, ask me here! =)
In love! This is how I want my fall to look when it comes to clothing! The perfect ways to layer chunky knits and sheer, chiffon skirts/dresses! Wearing long sleeved, crochet, mini dresses paired with layers of thiny, chain necklaces! And, always a piar of boots! Ah, lovely, isn't it ?!?
shirt - GinaTricot; belt - Nelly; fringe clutch - Pieces; jeans - H&M; rings - Spelldesings.com; Kyssjohanna.se; boots - Zara
This is exatly how I'd like to match the western shirt! With typicall western details like the belt and the boots, but giving it more chic with a clutch and high heeled boots! The denim jeans are perfect for the shirt together with the turquoise stone rings, don't you think ?!?
I love social networks! Especially the variety of them, where you can meet people, get to know them, by sharing something you both love or are interested in =) Here is a tip of three pages where you can find Ivanna's Closet. The Facebook page is always updated with the latest blog post and somethimes clever fashion toughts, photos and news. On my Fashiolista you can find all the pieces from web-shops from the whole world which is a perfect way of finding inspiration for me when making colages! Trendation is a place where I share both my recent blog posts and my outfits and you can like my looks and follow me!
Here is a closer look to the skirt you saw me wearing here! It's a birthday present from my mom. She had it for a long time, bought it while we were still living in Macedonia. Knowing how much I've always liked it and since she didn't wear it anymore, she decided to give it to me! I couldn't be more happier! Love the fringe and the print at the bottom. The material is a bit thicker, which makes it perfect for when it gets colder here!
I love turquoise, always had, and silver, but the combination of silver and turquoise is my favourite when it comes to jewelry! I wouldn't mind owning a bit more bracelets with this combination, since I already have rings and necklaces =) What do you think babes ?!?
Some of my instagram photos from the last week! As you see, a lot of quotes, food and sneek peaks of new pieces are up there! Hope you aren't forgetting to follow me there (@ivannascloset) or check out the slide show on the side bar to the right! =)
Here is another of the birthday presents I got. This one is from my arents! A beautiful blouse with embroidered cleavage at front and a cute band to knot at the waist! One really hipie inspired top that I will wear it a lot! =)
Here are six of my most recent outfits! Some of them are while I was still in Macedonia and some of them are new =) I love all of them, since they really represnt me as a person and my style, but if I have to choose I'll say number one, since I love the crochet skirt paired with a simlpe top and a chunky necklace and number six, beacuse my new fring and lace dress from Romwe.com looks amazing paired with brown boots and a native, printed bag! =)
Here is a little preview of today's outfit! I really love my new dress and want to wear it so bad tonight even if there is the risk of me freezing to death! Haha! But I'm planning to throw on a cozy poncho to keep me warm! You'll get the whole outfit photo tonight!
Those of you who read my blog knows how I feel about western inspired clothing. I love it! So you can imagine how excited I got when I saw this shirt at Gina Tricot. Love the black and white and the cut at the chest! It's currently on the top of my wish list and I really need to go check it out in real life! =)

Someday...I will own a Harley, drive it on a long highway, near a desert and feel the wind in my hair....ah! It has been a dream of mine since I was a little girl! Love how powerful a motorbike looks, don't you ?!?
Here it is! My lovely nes dress from Romwe.com that I blogged about earlier (here). Those of you who follow me on Instagram have already seen a sneek peak of it. It's as pretty as I expected it to be! Love the small flowery lace, the bell arms and the fringe. The other thing which is great about it, is that it can be worn in many different ways since it's see-through! You'll see it on very soon, since I'm going out with my girls on Friday and it's a perfect occassion to wear it! =)
Yes please to all of the outfits above! Oh-My-God! This is complete perfection! The jacket on the first picture is to-die-for, I've always wanted a long, crochet dress, the bell bottoms are amazing and I am goind bananas over the fringe kimonos!
Today's details...you get a mix of antique gold jewelry, fringe and feathers, native prints and brown suede! I kind of really like it...how about you ?!? =)
This ring is a birthday present from the b'friend's family! I got tho choose it myself (as usual) and when I saw this ringI couldn't resist it. Love the turquoise paired with the silver and the shape of the stone is quite amazing too! What do you think sweeties ?!?
This was the last night (last outfit too) from Kumanovo, Macedonia. I had a great time with friends and said goodbye! I also went all in on the styling of this outfit! I had a Native American inspired necklace paired with a long, lace vest, shell belt, white denim, fringe boots and bag and a mix of rings and bracelets. It's actually the outfit I liked the most!
I've had this combination on my mind for a while now and finally had to chance to put it together! Love the suede and fringe mixed with the crazy-colored, print skirt. To top it off, I've added feathers, crystals and golden jewelry! What do you think ?!?
Here comes the latest bunch of photos from my Instagram! A lot of food and sneek peaks of new arrivals in my closet. Sometimes you get a glimpse of my every day life and home enterior ideas as well. If you think that all of this sounds interesting, you can follow me there (@ivannascloset) or check out the slide show with Insta-pictures I have in the side bar on the right! ;)
This is another find from Macedonia! It doens't show much life here, but it is in the perfectly sheer and soft material that gives the shirt a beautiful fall. The other thing that I love about it are the cut-outs at the shoulders! You'll see it on very soon, I promise! =)
Today is the day! One year older! God, time flies by so fast! Anyways, I'm turning 23 today and I'm in the process of making sushi for my guests, so I'll see you later! =)
Found this shirt at Cubus and fell on my behind! =) It's perfect for me (all of us) who fell inlove with the latest Isabel Marant collection, but can't really afford to buy the pieces! Cubus offers a very close-to-the-original-alternative and for only 299 SEK.
This is how I'd match if I had it in my closet. Would deffinitely go for the "wild west" feel when accessorising. What do you think ?!?
The first thing I bought in Kumanovo was this printed blouse. Found it in a street wear shop called Odin and fell in love with the simple cut and the crazy pattern! Love the mix of colours and the knot on the belly! Perfect for high-waisted jeans/shorts and skirts! I will deffinitely match it with my brown, suede, fringe vest as well for the perfect boho vibe!
Time flies by so fast and it hit me that it was a year ago, when I was in Macedonia, when I celebrated my 22nd b'day! Gosh! I'm turning 23 on Saturday and here is some things that I wouldn't mind receiving as a present. Don't get me wrong though, I love surprises, so just bring it darlings ;)
While in Macedonia, the days could get really long, I would go out in the afternoon, meet up friends for a coffe, go to lunch with relatives and then for a walk in town which ends up for a night out. Sometimes I just managed to come home, change and run out again =) This was one of those days! Love this top that I borrowed from my sister, it went perfectly with my H&M crochet shorts, feather earrings, silver jewelry and turquoise stones!
Love this look book! The location, the summery, easy-breezy feel which gives the jewelry the perfect lift....and tje jewelry....to.die.for! Love ManiaMania's jewelry! =)
Went out with my sister and our friends that night and had such a good time! Haven't danced so much in a very long time! Wore a strappy white top and my lovely crochet maxi skirt. The top allowed me to put on my statement necklace with colourful beads and golden coins and this I matched with a beaded, brown belt, fringe bag and antique golden rings and bracelets! What do you think sweeties ?!?
I didn't plan to shop a lot while I was in Macedonia, but while "browsing" through different shops I did find some great pieces which I couldn't resist! Here is a little sneek peak of what followed back home. You will get a closer look soon! =)
Even though I did not have the time and internet connectivity to update the blog, I still took photos of the outfits I wore and now it's time to share it with you guys! here comes the first one! Silver jewelry involving turquoise and amethyst stones, citrine crystals and feather pendants combined with friendship bracelets, denim and fringe!
fringe knit - BikBok; bag - Zara; bracelets&shorts - Monki; belt - GinaTricot; boots -Scorett
The stores have filled in with so many gorgeous looking pieces that makes it hard for my economy ;) When I first saw this knit I screamed Isabel Marant, and it really looks like a part of her collection! I spotted the shorts at Monki and think they are a great alternative for the denim cutoff's during the winter! Love the dark brown suede and think that they will be matched perfectly like this for a casual, boho - chic look! What do you think sweeties ?!?
As expected I didn't have constant and good interent connection throught my stay so I wasn't able to update the blog as often as I wanted to, but whenever I found wi-fi (which was often) I updated my Instagram! Here are some of the photos which those of you who follow me there (@ivannascloset) have already seen!
It was hot (40 degrees celsius), fun and I want back!
I'm back! Macedonia was great, it's good to be back home, but I miss the warm weather! Anyways...it's Sunday and I'm still collecting inspirational images for the change of our home enterior, so here is volume 4! What do you think guys ?!?
I love close ups! Those of you who read my blog are wvery well aware of this. But, not only do I like showing off my details with a close up, I like to infinitely browse through various tumblr blogs, searching for close ups, with cool and unique jewlery and other accessories!
Haven't been this isnpired by Street Style for a long time! I mean, seriously, every outfit screams perfection. I am going bananas over the whole ansamble of the first outfit, craving a printed maxi skirt, need a pair of red, suede, fringe boots in my closet ASAP, and a crochet/patchwork maxi wouldn't feel wrong either!
What do you think lovelies ?!? Anything you like?!?
Clicked this dress home from Romwe.com the other day after falling hopelessly inlove with the lace combined with the fringe and bell arms! Just think how perfect it will be paired with feather jewlery, fringe bag and a pair of suede boots! Hope it will be waiting for me at home when I come back!
Love this look book! The edgy, dark feel in the middle of a desert wouldn't fell completed withoud western inspired details and wild horses! Pure awesomness! =)
I really think that the details in an outfit, such as accessories can make so much. Nothing gives the finish touch to an outfit like a necklace, a belt or stacked bracelets or rings...if you ask me that is! The bag and the shoes are simply the dot at the end of the sentence! Don't you think ?!?
fringe vest - Macy's.com; necklace - Spelldesigns.com; tie dye shirt - Kappahl.com; shorts - Romwe.com; shades - GinaTricot; bag - Zara; boots - Minnetonkas
Found this shirt while browsing my Fashiolista the other day and fell in love with it. Was surprised when I saw that it was KappAhl actually. Well, hope I'll be able to find it in store when I come back since I really like it and have already started to come up with different ways of how I'll match it. Here is one of them! I find that blue is a colour perfectly matched with white and brown, especially turquoise with fringe and brown suede!
I haven't shown you this to you guys since I received it...and it was a long time ago! =) Anyways, I love sunflowers and I wanted a flower crown for a long time! When I saw this one at riverisland.com it was clear! I had to have it! Here it is! I think that it complements my red hair perfectly, don't you ?!?
lace tee - GinaTricot; sunglasses - Lindex; necklaces - BikBok; Stylebytyra.se; belt - Asos.com; shorts - levi's: bag - SecondHand; rings - Macedonia; Stylebytyra.se; cuffs - Indiska; boots - BikBok
While putting this one together, it came up to me that I can do one more! Namely I am one of those whom love to wear black in summer, because no one else dares to and because it looks so damn hot on tanned skin! So, here is my "summer essentials" number two! What do you think babes ?!?
Besides inpsirational photos, I tought I could do inspirational collages, to serve as moodboards on what I want/need for the home. As you see it's mostly white, mixed with wooden decorations and native prints.
I love it and I can't wait to begin with the change! What do you think sweeties ?!?
The latest photos on my Instagram that you haven't seen on the blog! You aren't frotgetting to follow me there right? Especially now when I can't update the blog so often, I'll be uptading there! Those of you who don't have Instagram can look at the slide show in the side bar on the right! =)
Many people say that summer is the season when you wear flower prints and strong colours, but I preffer different. I think white is the colour of summer (black as well), but all the sheer white summer dresses, the white crochet, lace and fringe...all those give a special vibe to an outfit, a special "easy-breezy" feeling that no flower print or strong colour gives. Of course, you can add an accent colour to accessorize an "all white" outfit, as well as flower prints, but as long as the "wholeness" is white, the skin is tanned and hair sun-bleached...you have summer perfection! Always!
vintage belt; necklace with small shells second hand; bracelet from a street vendor and the other necklace is my mom's
If you read my blog you know that lately I've filled up on shell-accessories! I consider the belt to be my best vintage found ever and the bracelet is my best friend nowadays! Shells go suerbly with my style, especially now in summer! Make a full completion to an boho/hippie inspired outfit.
Had this silver earring lying around, gave the other one to a friend of mine and this one stayed with me. Tought it might be more useful if I made a necklace out of it. Found an old necklace chain that wasnät being used and put these two together. What do you think sweeties ?!?
A whole white outfit completed with brown accessories together with feathers, crystals and fringe! My favourite combination "all time" ! =) What do you think babes ?!?
This makes me crave after patterned and crochet bell bottoms, craze paisley patterned shirt mixed with another crazy pattern on a pair of shorts! Even more for backless cochet tops and pattenred dresses!
Here is a quick look at what I'm wearing while traveling today. I know that has been a long time since you saw my closet, but I did not have the time to take better photos in a prettier surrounding!
Anyways, I have no idea how the situation with the internet will work out over there, so I have prepared some posts for you guys, just in case! So don't forget to check in from time to time!
