I'm hung up on jeans at the moment. Never actually been a leggings person, since I like having pockets (very practical!). I think it's more fun with jeans in different colours, patterns and forms.
BAG
When it comes to bags, it's all about the fringe and decoration at the moment. I love this one in cream from Spelldesigns.com!
SHOES
Nothing new on the front here. Still living in my boots, this time changing between these MC-inspired ones from H&M and a pair of brown, western-inspired pair! =)
ACCESSORIES
It seems as if I went from bracelets, to belts and now to necklaces! They have a special place in the heart if they have wooden beads and are long, ergo perfect for layering!
WANTED
Really want a velvet blazer! I'd preffer one in a deep, royal blue, but a black one, like this from Gina Tricot would be just fine as well! =)
HAIRSTYLE
Just the same as for shoes. Long and wavy, up in a high ponytail, braided or decorated with headbands and hats. Though I might have to cut off some cm of it, it has been a while now =)
MAKE UP
In winter, when the skin gets dry easily I always try to moistorise it as often as I can and the better moistourising cream you have the better. I use mine as the base before putting any make up on - so much better for you skin, especially if you want to skip those wrinkles =) Then comes the rest of the basics, concealer, foundation and mascara. Two eye-liners are always in the mix, a black one and a turquoise-blue one!
NAILPOLISH
The darker it gets outside the more I'm turning to brighter shades when creating my outfits, but even this can fail sometimes. You know, those early mornings, when nothing feels right and you just pull on your safe card. the black jeans, a knit and a pair of boots. Well, my other saviour card, especially great for those days, are nails in a bright and happy colour! My "go to" at the moment is this mint green shade from Depend! =)

All of these outfits are very different, but they all have details and interpretation that I love. Like the mix of pattern and material in the firts one, the colour scheme and the accessories on the second one and the inspiration and styling on the last outfit. The more I'm drawn to print and pattern, the more I understand it. The best way to wear print is to leave the piece talk for itself. Choose a colour from the print that you later can enhance with your accessories. As you might notice, I've chosen the beige shade of the dress and a little bit of the turquoise one while ensambling my jewelry. The vest is adding a bit of glamour to this already boho-chic inspired outfit and the shoes are the perfect ones for the length of the dress.

Gina Tricot has added so many news at their web-shop recently and here are my favourites. The fringe jacket in faux suede, decorated with studs is amazing. The velvet blazer in black is sheer perfection, I just wish they had one in navy =) Love the belt, the tasseled bag and the studded boots and the set of "festival bangles" as they called is on my wishlist already! =)

FRINGE MAKE OVER

Found this tunic at Ellos.se a while go. Loved the print, but the model wasn't really flattering for the body so I decided to give the tunic a make over and did the first thing that came to my mind! Took a pair of scissors and made some fringe, now I have a great summer top...too bad winter is here soon, but it's good to be prepaired, right ?!? ;)

Details are very important to me when it comes to styling of an outfit. Whether if its jewelry, a scarf wrapped around the bag or rolled up sleeves...those are the things that live up your outfit, show your personality and make your outfit - you! Tumblr is one of those places where you can get overflow of close up shots and this is my "go to "point when I need some inspiration for an outfit! Sometimes it all starts with the details! =)
TIP: PATTERNED SWEATERS

I have a weak spot for printed sweaters when winter comes and these two are no exception! Found these knitted sweaters at H&M and fell for these two versions. Love the pattern on the both as well as the mix of colour, but if I'd have to choose I'll go for the left one. What do you think sweeties?!? Which one is your favourite ?!?
DIY: SHELL CANDLES

Some time ago me and the b'friend found some shells which we liked a lot but we had no idea what we would do with them yet. Couple of weeks ago I got the idea that we could make candles with the shells and we had that little project done this weekend! I was careful to take photos so I could make a "DIY" - tip for you guys, so here is what we used if you ever wnat to do-it-yourself! =)
Shells, the deep side prefferably so that you could fill the depth in with wax.
Old candles. You can also buy wax if you want, but we thought we could use our old candles in stead. You put the candles (wax) in a pot and than put a pot with water underneath. The wax will melt under the steam that is released when the water boils. The wax will become liquid and then you'll know that it's time to pour it in the shells!
Candle wicks. I found these at Panduro. The ones with the metal piece are to be preffered since we are not making a long candle, they'll sit better and are much shorter.
Hot glue the candle wicks to the shells to ensure they will sit where you want them to and that they don't start moving later when you pour the hot wax.
When the wax has melted pour it directly into the shell. If you want the candles to be ready and to be cooled quickly put them in the fridge, otherwise let them stay out for a while. It took less than an hour for these to cool since there wasn't much wax in the shell and the cooling surface was wide.
If you want you can put scented oil in the wax while it's been melted, we didn't use any since the candles we melted were already scented.
The candles are ready to be lit now and below you see photos of how they look! Tell me what you think !!! =)

H&M SS 2013

I've seen some press photos of H&M's spring summer 2013 collection and I think it's a success! Liked most of the pieces that I saw, I'm amazed at the embroidery and the folklore influence used, but these are my favourites! The tassel skirt is absolutely amazing, the patchworked jacket with native print is a "must have piece" for my wardrobe and the beige, cowboy boots are already on my "have-to-have" list!

1. Shell and sea star jewlery! It's like little Ariel has awakened inside me and I just want to dress my body and clothes with shells!!! Next on the list is a sea-star ring! =)
2. Flare jeans, corduroy and patchwork...this pair of bell bottoms from Free People are perfection!
3. Sandy beaches, salty air and warm sun....that's what I'm craving for at the moment!
4. Tattoes, if I get one, it will be on the ankle of my left foot with somekind of feather motif!
5. Prints and patterns, matching different ones in an outfit! The key is to have a base piece and background in the same colour!
6. Braids! I believe in braids, in different kind of presentation, as the hair style of this and the coming season! Experiment with your hair! Braid on! =)

FISHTAIL LACE SKIRT

Found this skirt at Nelly.com's sale. They didn't have my size at first, but I was lucky enough for them to refill the stock quickly so I didn't have to wait long! Love the "fishtail" model and the lace details! It's one of those perfect summer skirts which you just pull on and run! =) My goal for now is to match it with chunky knits and boots for a great autumn boho feel!
